Please, review and understand our sales policies before you place your orders.


General Polices:


1. Our minimum amount is $100 per order.
2. We only accept Visa, Master, Discover, American Express and COD - Cashiers Check.
3. All retailers need a valid tax ID number to avoid sales tax. If you do not provide a tax ID, your order will have     8.25% sales tax added. Please provide the copy of your tax ID by fax or email.
4. All orders are shipped via UPS ground service; it may take 3 to 5 working days (excluding the pick-up day) for     delivery depending on your shipping location.
5. Customer’s shipping rate depends on may vary from actual computerized invoice depending on     destination,weight, and dimension number of package(s) being sent.
6. Cashiers check, or money order please pre-paid and make your money order payable to:

COD Policy:

1. Additional shipping charge of $10.50 will be added to all COD orders (Each Box).
2. COD orders must be paid with a cashiers check or money order.
3. On your first COD order you must have phone number we can reach you.
4. You are responsible to be on hand to receive package at deliver location from UPS driver with
    correct payment amount.
5. UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver package if recipient is not available.
6. After the 3rd attempt it is the recipient's responsibility to pick up the package at a local UPS Office.
7. If you do not accept your package after 3 attempts, you will no longer be allowed to order with COD, future     orders must be purchased with a credit card.
8. If you return a COD order, you will also no longer be allowed to order with COD, future orders must be     purchased with a credit card.


Return Policy:

Please report to us via E-mail for any defect or return.
1. If you find the package(s) get(s) damaged while you accept the package(s), please report to the carrier's

    (UPS )driver immediately. Thus,  he/she can make the record for your claim to their customer service     department.
2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund.  The return request
    needs to be made within 15 days from the date of the receipt. We will also charge a 20% re-stocking fee.
    Please notice that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
3. If you find the item is damaged, please contact with us. You may get refund by store credit or credit card
    depending on the method of payment. Damaged items will only be accepted within 15 days from the
    date of receipt.


Privacy Policy:

JY Trading, Inc. does understand  the importance of customer’s personal privacy and we do protect it. The information that you provide to us , has only internal uses in order to help us provide better serve to you in the future. Your personal information is only used for billing and shipping purposes. You don’t need to worry doing business with us.
